Most cooling issues appear where systems meet: IT equipment and manifolds, CDUs and facility water, controls and the BMS.
Agree the boundaries
A clear interface schedule records who supplies, installs, tests and maintains each element.
Controls and monitoring
Alarms, set points and failover behaviour should be agreed before commissioning, not discovered during it.
Commissioning
Pressure testing, flushing, filling and load testing follow a sequence that protects the equipment the loop will serve.
